just call me fatty!
i am having serious gym motivation issues. i work out in the gym at my work at 5 everyday. yeah, not everyday. not only am i super hungry by about that time, i am also tired tired tired after a long day. hunger + sleepiness =/ gym time. i have only gone to the gym once this week and was totally going to go today, but, of course, i was STARVING. And, snacks do not help. i am totally ready for dinner at this time. so, dear readers, any advice?
